Everyone deserves access to high quality mental health support. While the dialogue around this important topic is increasing, there is still a large need for increased access to support and resources.

A safe space to talk, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. 

You deserve to be heard.

Free online resource for Canadians 14+.

No referral/diagnosis needed. Peer support for disordered eating, body image, relationship with food, exercise and more.

International Crisis Hotline Navigation.

Free, confidential support from a helpline or hotline near you. Available via online chat, text or phone. 

Guided Mindfulness audios with Bilateral Music.​

Release stress, cultivate relaxation and increase awareness to the present moment.
